You Will

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that support Q-Hub’s platform and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data systems align with business goals and customer needs.
• Solve complex compliance-related data challenges using innovative approaches and industry best practices.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of data infrastructure to meet growing customer demands.
• Analyse and optimise workflows to improve the performance and efficiency of our platform.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve Q-Hub’s offerings.

Ideally, You Have

• Experience in data engineering, with a focus on analytics or SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, SQL, or similar.
• A strong understanding of data pipeline design, ETL processes, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• An interest in compliance and operational efficiency, and how data can drive improvements.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and teamwork are key.
